In an effort to catch up to the Linux kernel version (I can dream, can't I :)) just over a week after 2.6.2 release here goes 2.6.3RC1 of FUDforum. While mostly a bug fixing release there are a number of fairly important new features in it as well.

The safety SQ mechanism is now limited to URLs that need it making 99% of all other URLs much shorter and once again search engine friend (with PATH_INFO theme). The e-mail notification code has been [b]finally[/b] fixed and should be working correctly. I've added a user control panel that creates an easy interface to view your buddies, new private messages and forums/topics with new messages that you are subscribed to.
